End User License Agreement (EULA)

1) Simple License Model (Donation per Project)

• Price: €2 donation per font, per project.
• Scope: Commercial use is allowed across all media within one (1) project (branding, packaging, web, app, print, apparel, social, ads, video titles, etc.).
• Proof of License: Your payment confirmation email/receipt serves as the license. Keep it for your records.
• No License File: We do not send separate EULA PDFs or certificates. The receipt is sufficient and legally valid.

2) What Counts as One Project

A project is a single, named initiative (e.g., a brand identity for 'ACME Juice 2025', a mobile app title, a campaign, a product packaging line). New titles, sub-brands, seasons, or rebrands are new projects and require a new €2 license per font used.

3) Permitted Uses

• Use the font to create static and motion graphics for your project: logos, wordmarks, titles, UI, posters, packaging, websites, apps, social posts, ads, on-screen graphics, merchandise designs, etc.
• Install and share the font files internally among the direct team and vendors working on that project only (designers, developers, printers, motion partners).
• Host webfont files for the projects site(s) you control. (WOFF/WOFF2 recommended.)
• Create print and digital outputs for unlimited impressions within the project.

4) Restrictions

• No redistribution: Do not share or publish the font files outside your project team. Do not upload to public repos, font portals, template marketplaces, or file-sharing sites.
• No resale/sub-licensing: Do not resell, rent, or sub-license the font files or license rights.
• No as-a-service use: Do not enable end users to compose arbitrary text with our font in a web/app editor or generator without a separate agreement.
• No alphabet products: Do not sell alphabet/stencil/stamp kits or similar letterform products made from the font without our written consent.
• No reverse engineering: Do not modify, decompile, or convert the font to other formats to distribute outside the project.
• No AI scraping: Scraping specimens or font data to train AI models is strictly prohibited.

5) Transfer & Team Use

Non-transferable: The license is tied to the purchasing entity and the named project; it cannot be transferred to another client or project. Vendors: Printers, devs, and production partners may use the files solely for producing assets for the licensed project.

6) Payment, Refunds, and Proof

• Digital goods: All sales are final once access starts.
• Receipt = License: Keep your PayPal receipt, your proof of rights for that project.
• If a technical issue occurs with a file, contact us within 15 days for a replacement.

7) Ownership

All copyrights and intellectual property in the typeface designs and font software remain with the original designer(s). You are licensing the right to use the fonts for one project, not buying ownership of the design.

8) Warranty & Liability

The font software is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

9) Copyright & Unauthorized Use

All BlackFridayFont typefaces are fully protected by international copyright law. Any commercial use of our fonts without a valid €2 license (proof of PayPal donation) is considered copyright infringement.

Any unauthorized or illegal use of our fonts will result in a contractual penalty of 1000x the standard license price (€2 - €2000 per project, per font), plus legal recovery fees where applicable.

We actively monitor misuse if in doubt, simply license it. It costs €2 and takes 10 seconds. Your PayPal receipt is your full legal proof of license.

10) Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in Mauritius. If a clause is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
